Our Story

Welcome to Idaho Dental Subs. My name is Jenna.

As a Dental Hygienist myself, and dental assistant before that, I have seen the frustrations involved with finding a substitute last minute. Often, my office couldn’t find anyone to fill in and had to reschedule a whole day's worth of patients. Not only is that very frustrating for the patients, it’s also lost revenue for the office. I knew there had to be a better way of finding other Hygienists and Assistants in the area without spending half the day calling resumes or canceling patients.

After expressing frustrations to my husband James, we came up with Idaho Dental Subs. We built it specifically for the dental community here in Idaho. We aim to make finding subs painless for dental offices and provide access to Hygienists and Assistants who are actually available and ready to fill in. Offices can choose the right sub at a moment's notice. Equally as importatnt, this tool also helps Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants find temporary or even full time work simply by entering your schedule.

We built this tool to help empower the dental community in Idaho and to help pair talent with offices. As a Hygienist, I wish a tool like this had been around when I was fresh out of school and many times since then. Hopefully, you will find value in this as well.
